# How to Report a Problem

If something is not working as expected, the fastest way to get help is to use the Report a Problem button found on most pages, or open the Support chat from the side menu.

When reporting, include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and if possible a screenshot. This helps our team reproduce and fix the issue faster. You can track the status of your report any time from the My Cases page under your account.
